I chose Business Management as my field of study over other educational opportunities because I love business. I am going to study two years of Accounting and two years in Business management. I chose this field because I want to put my experience to work.

I did my internship at Granite State Credit Union. From the experience I had for the past three months I learned a lot. I learned what I need to do in the real world to succeed. From this experience I found out accounting is not as easy as I thought it was. At the end of the day the accountants get all the transactions from the bank, and they are the one that is organizing it and recording it so there is an accurate report at the end of the year. I now know in the real world, finding a professional job is way different than a job from a grocery store. In a real job, you need to follow the dress code, the rules and how to work together as a group. I know this is going to be a lot of work, but I love to work with numbers so I believe being an accountant will be a career goal for me.

The contribution I will make to the world will give back more than I received, because I know I am very lucky to get where I am right now. Without the help of God and the wonderful people I would not have gotten this far. I am going to work very hard and try to be very successful to help others that are in need of help.
